You work on our own products, not someone else’s tickets

SAIE and the CDF methodology are our proprietary intellectual property. We are not a subcontractor executing someone else’s vision — we decide what we build and how. Your work has a name and stays with the company

AI from the first to the last minute of the day

We do not experiment with AI “in our spare time”. We start the day by planning with AI; during the day we create a version zero — drafts, analyses and code — which we finalize as people. The rules of this work are written down in an internal team agreement that everyone knows and can improve

People decide — and that is not a slogan

AI generates proposals, while a person verifies them and signs their name. We know who authorized, who can stop it and who is accountable. This rule applies equally to client projects and inside our company

Research projects and production implementations have customers who will not disappear from the market: public institutions, banks and energy companies. Recruitment process

Recruitment has five stages. Each has a clear purpose and timeframe — we do not hold conversations “just in case” and we do not leave anyone without a response

Stage 1 - Application

You send us your CV and complete a short form. We do not need a cover letter. If you have a portfolio, repository or anything that shows how you work, attach it; it often matters more than the CV itself. We reply within 7 days, including when we do not invite you to the next stage

Stage 2 - Initial call

We establish the basics: availability, form of cooperation and whether we understand your experience correctly. We give the salary range for this position during this call — before we ask about your expectations. This is not a technical interview and you do not need to prepare for it

Stage 3 - Subject-matter interview

About 60 minutes with the person responsible for the area where you would work. We talk about what you actually did, which decisions you made and why. This is also the moment for your questions

Stage 4 - Verification

30 minutes for documents and a questionnaire. We confirm information from earlier stages. We work for institutions in regulated sectors, so this step is mandatory for everyone, including management

Stage 5 - Offer

We present specific conditions: compensation, form of employment and scope of responsibilities

Timelines

We contact you within 7 days of receiving your application. The whole process closes within 28 days at the latest. If anything takes longer on our side, we tell you instead of going silent

What we do not do

We do not assign recruitment tasks lasting dozens of hours or ask for work we could use commercially. We do not extend the process to “see who else applies”. We do not leave candidates without an answer

How we use AI in recruitment

Automation organizes applications and searches by qualifications. It does not reject anyone. Every CV is read by a person, and the invitation decision is made by the person responsible for the area — the same person you will speak with in Stage 3

We will process information about you for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

to conduct recruitment for the role indicated in the job posting and future recruitment processes for different roles (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
to enter into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
to comply with a legal obligation imposed on the Controller or to protect your interests (Article 6(1)(c) and (d) GDPR)
to establish, pursue or defend claims related to recruitment (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)

As a rule, please do not provide any sensitive data during recruitment, such as information about your health or other data referred to in Article 9 GDPR. If you believe that providing such data is necessary due to your particular situation, we will ask you for separate consent to process it.

Your data may also be disclosed to third parties under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR if the Controller decides to continue operating through another company. In that case, you will be informed about the change of controller details.

Personal data may be shared, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, to maintain the proper operation of the Controller’s company, in particular with IT or software-service providers, server and computer administrators, website service providers and providers of tools and scripts used on the website, including order and contact forms.

You have the right to:

request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, subject to legal retention obligations or the Controller’s legitimate interest,
receive a copy of data processed by the Controller,
request that the Controller transmit your data to another entity indicated by you, where technically possible,
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,
withdraw consent to processing that is not necessary to fulfil legal obligations or the Controller’s legitimate interest; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We process applicant data in Asana using search filters and assess candidates against qualifications, skills and professional experience required for a given role. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in finding and grouping candidates who best match a specific role.

Where processing is not based on consent, your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform a contract and to fulfil the Controller’s legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations.

Processing based on your consent will stop immediately after consent is withdrawn, and the data will be deleted without further storage unless the circumstances described in point 5 apply.

The company uses public-cloud providers Microsoft and Asana and therefore transfers personal data to US entities covered by the Data Privacy Framework, which is permitted under the European Commission implementing decision of 10 July 2023 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
