To create AI technologies that are not only effective but also transparent, controllable and compliant with regulatory requirements — so that organizations in higher-risk sectors can use artificial intelligence without relinquishing control over data, decisions and infrastructure

Our vision

Artificial intelligence as an operational foundation of an organization, rather than an experiment burdened with legal risk. The organization — not the vendor — decides where the model works and on what terms. Every decision made with AI involvement has a known author, known basis and known accountable recipient

We operate an integrated management system confirmed by ISO certifications in the areas of quality, information security, cloud data protection, business continuity and the environment. Our software, services and implementation methodology have been certified to ISO/IEC 42001 — artificial intelligence management

We participate in the European IPCEI-AI initiative and conduct research and development work related to AI technologies

How we work ourselves

We use AI every day and have documented it in an internal team agreement known to every employee. We do not conceal AI's role in our work and do not use tools that erase its traces

A company advising on artificial intelligence governance should have it in place itself first. Few in this industry write about it publicly — we believe that is a mistake

Principles that shape our offering

Sovereignty

An organization should know where its model runs, on which data and according to whose rules. Every element of the architecture must be replaceable — the model, database and integration layer. Locking a client into one vendor would be convenient for us and costly for them

Transparency

We do not promise infallibility. AI systems make mistakes and no architecture can change that. Instead of promising zero errors, we measure how many answers have no confirmation in the sources and show that number to the client

Accountability

A human makes the decision, rather than clicking ‘accept’. Uncritical approval of a system's proposals is the most frequently overlooked risk in AI deployments. Our methodology safeguards against it firmly, not as a recommendation

Openness

We publish our approach, even when competitors may benefit from it. A standard that cannot be verified is not a standard

That is why we built SAIE

The ecosystem runs in the client's infrastructure — that is where sovereignty resides. A gateway controlling access to models makes changing the engine an operational decision, not a migration project. The cognitive system and the employee's digital desk measure how many answers have no confirmation in sources and show that number — transparency that does not require trust. The AI agent factory will not launch a process until a human approves the plan; accountability is a starting condition here, not a feature to turn on

We support risk assessment, compliance documentation and building team competence. The aim is one: after the project ends, the organization must not depend on us. This is a direct consequence of what we wrote about sovereignty — it cannot be sold while simultaneously building dependence on ourselves

Team

allclouds.pl is an AI company, not one of many IT companies that says it has added AI to its offer. We are built around artificial intelligence: from vision and strategy, through organizational culture and ways of working, to products, methodology and services. We are a 30-person team and all of us work with AI every day: AI solution architects, engineers building agents and platforms, security and compliance specialists, researchers and implementation experts. We do not have an AI department because AI is not a separate department here; it is present in analysis, code, documentation and client conversations. This is not a declaration but a documented way of working. Our own rules for working with AI apply to us: AI prepares the draft, and a person makes and signs the decision. AI use is marked in tasks, code and documents. Data has classifications and tools have boundaries. Thirty people is a scale where no intermediate layers are needed. The person who discusses architecture with the client is the same person responsible for it. Every area has a named owner.

Responsible for strategy and development direction

AI is an information system and must follow the same rules as any other system: it has to operate lawfully. The list of requirements is long, but it is also an opportunity to retain control and protect innovation. A person working with AI saves time. An organization gains when the same effect repeats across hundreds of cases, in the same standard and with clear accountability. This is enterprise AI: AI for institutions and companies. This is what we do. Our advantage is ready SAIE products, the CDF methodology, AI-dedicated implementation services, an engaged team and experience working with data from the largest institutions.

Aleksandra Albera

Responsible for administration, finance and compliance

I treat AI tools like any other system in an organization: they are valuable when they work within clear rules. As a lawyer, I look at AI through the lens of accountability and regulation: the AI Act and the Polish AI systems bill are not obstacles, but a map for deploying these tools safely and usefully. As a management-system auditor, including ISO/IEC 42001, I check every day whether AI does exactly what it promises and whether it leaves evidence behind. I use AI intensively myself, but the final word always belongs to a person.

Wojciech Biernat

Responsible for sales and client relationships

At allclouds.pl we work in an AI First model, where artificial intelligence supports daily processes, analysis, document creation and decision-making. Every day we use the SAIE Ecosystem, combining the TWIN:DESK work environment, the PROXY:AI model-management platform and the CDF compliance methodology and platform. This helps us analyze information faster, automate repeatable tasks, use organizational knowledge effectively and keep full control over data.

Mariusz Maleszak

Responsible for research and development, products and scientific partnerships

When ERP systems entered the market, the most common arguments against them were fear of change in different words. Today no one debates whether ERP makes sense. Artificial intelligence is at a similar stage. It can already provide real support, solve complex tasks and process data sets, but organizations still struggle to adapt it to their needs. As an R&D team, we do not wait for resistance to disappear; we actively break it down by creating solutions ready for deployment here and now.

In artificial intelligence, the technology itself is only the beginning. The real challenge is turning model capabilities into products that an organization can trust and use at scale. That requires more than a good model: it needs the right architecture, control over data and access, clear accountability and a user experience that makes AI a natural part of everyday work.

The real value of artificial intelligence in business starts where an organization gains full technological sovereignty. This means the right to freely choose how it works with AI: from the language models currently in use to where and how data is physically protected.
