Nature of the website
The website is informational and offer-related in nature. Information about functionalities, AI models, infrastructure, video materials and sample configurations does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code unless allclouds.pl sp. z o.o. expressly confirms otherwise in individual communication
The offer wizard is used to collect the organization’s preliminary requirements concerning functionalities, LLM models and infrastructure. A submitted configuration is a request to prepare an individual proposal and requires confirmation in a sales or implementation process
Use of the service
The user should use the website in accordance with the law, good practices, the intended purpose of the service and with respect for the rights of allclouds.pl sp. z o.o. and third parties
- It is prohibited to disrupt the operation of the website, test security without consent, automatically download content in a way that burdens the service, or submit unlawful content
- Forms should be used only for genuine business inquiries concerning SAIE or allclouds services
Intellectual property
The content, website layout, video materials, graphics, texts, product names, interface elements and the SAIE, TWIN:DESK, PROXY:AI and CDF marks are protected by law. Copying, distributing or using these materials beyond permitted use requires the consent of allclouds.pl sp. z o.o.
Availability and liability
allclouds.pl sp. z o.o. makes efforts to ensure that the website is up to date, secure and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service or the absence of errors
Using information from the website does not replace individual technical, legal, security or implementation analysis for a specific organization
Communication and orders
Submitting a contact form or a configuration from the offer wizard does not automatically conclude an agreement. Cooperation terms, scope of services, prices, SLA levels, data region, security requirements and schedule are agreed individually
Changes to the Terms
The Terms may be updated as the website and SAIE services develop. The current version is published on this page
