Below I provide information regarding the processing of your personal data by allclouds.pl sp. z o.o.

1/ The administrator of your personal data is allclouds.pl sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Jutrzenki 139 in Warsaw (02-231).

 

2/ We will process the information provided by you to respond to your inquiry based on the following legal basis Article 6 point 1 letter a RODO.

 

3/ As a rule, we ask you not to provide us with any sensitive data, such as information about your health or other data indicated in Article 9 of RODO. If you consider it necessary to provide such data, e.g. due to your special situation, we will ask you to give separate consent for us to process such sensitive data.

 

4/ Your data may also be shared with third parties, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, if the Administrator decides to continue operating another company. In that case, you will be informed of the change in the Administrator's data.

 

5/ The data subject's personal data may be shared, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, in order to maintain the proper operation of the Administrator's business, in particular with the following types of recipients (unless the data subject gives separate consent in connection with another purpose of processing): IT or software service providers at the Administrator, the administrator of the Administrator's servers and computers, website maintenance services, as well as services, tools and scripts used on the website.

 

6/ You have the right to:

1. request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion (subject to a legal obligation to retain certain data or the Administrator's legitimate interest), or restriction of the processing of your personal data,

2. receive a copy of the data processed by the Administrator,

3. request that the Administrator make your data available to another entity designated by you, as far as technically possible,

4. lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection,

5. withdraw consent to process personal data that is not necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations and for the legitimate interest of the Administrator, whereby the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of data processing prior to the date of withdrawal of consent.

 

7/ If the data processing is not based on consent, your personal data will be stored for the time necessary for the performance of the contract, the legal obligations of the Administrator, including tax and accounting matters. On the other hand, the processing of data based on your consent will cease immediately after the withdrawal of your consent and the data will be deleted without storage, unless the circumstances listed in the previous paragraph occur.

 

8/ The Company uses public cloud providers Microsoft and Asana, thereby transferring personal data to entities located in the United States yet covered by the Privacy Framework, which is therefore permitted by the European Commission and European Parliament’s Implementing Decision dated 10/07/2013 in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the adequate level of protection for personal data under the EU-US Privacy Framework.
