AI training for public administration — free September–October edition

Eight AI training sessions for public offices. Up to 5 people from each institution can participate free of charge in September and October

The March 2026 NASK report showed that almost half of public officials already use generative AI at work, 87% want training, and 70% point to the lack of internal rules as the main barrier to implementation. We are responding with a programme of eight online workshops for public administration. Each workshop lasts four hours, divided into three 80-minute blocks, and ends with a document that the office can use formally.

The “AI in Public Administration” programme is based on two documents that currently set the direction for public offices: NASK’s report “AI in e-public administration – the perspective of officials and institutions” and the Ministry of Digital Affairs’ “Guide to Artificial Intelligence for Public Administration”. The exercises are grounded in the realities of public offices and built around four concepts from the report: a chat service for residents, content creation, document search, and AI agents. The programme develops three competencies indicated in the Ministry’s guide — understanding the limitations of AI, critically assessing outputs, and formulating prompts — as well as the obligation to ensure AI literacy under Article 4 of the AI Act.

The eight training sessions form a learning path, but each can also be ordered separately: Foundations (AI in everyday office work), Knowledge (documents and search with AI support), Security (GDPR, the AI Act and internal rules), Pilot (from problem to controlled implementation), Automation (AI agents and processes), Contact with residents, Change (change management within the unit), and Cooperation (sharing experience between units). We have prepared ready-made paths for management, substantive staff, and IT and security teams.

What distinguishes the programme from typical “how to use ChatGPT” training is the outcome. Participants do not leave with a list of ideas, but with a working document for their own unit: a task map and verification checklist, a catalogue of sources, a draft set of rules for using AI ready to be adopted by management order, a pilot card with metrics, or a scenario for an information service for residents. We teach competencies, not the operation of a single product — exercises can be carried out using tools the office already has, including Polish models such as PLLuM and Bielik.

The training is delivered by people who design and implement AI systems for the public sector, including designers of TWIN:DESK and PROXY:AI and co-authors of the CDF methodology. The training activity of allclouds.pl is covered by the scope of the Integrated Management System certified against seven ISO standards, including ISO/IEC 42001 — the first such certificate issued by Bureau Veritas in Poland.

Sessions take place online, in groups of 8 to 18 people, on three consecutive mornings from 10:00 to 11:20, so that employees are not taken away from their work for a whole day. The first dates start on 16 September; the calendar covers September, October, November and December.

In the September–October edition, the first five people from one institution may take part in each training session free of charge — the only condition is that the registering person subscribes to the allclouds.pl newsletter. From November, a single training session costs PLN 200 per person, with discounts for the number of participants and for the full path. Training financed from public funds is exempt from VAT on the basis of a financing statement, the template of which is available on the website.

Ordering requires just one form: select the training sessions, dates and number of participants. Confirmation is sent by e-mail, and the meeting link is sent three days before the training.
