The 25th anniversary edition of the Information Systems in the Energy Sector conference will take place on 24–26 November 2026 in Wisła, Poland. allclouds.pl will be there with a stand and a presentation: Mariusz Maleszak, Head of Research and Development, will show what a ready-to-use AI workspace looks like in an energy company — with technical knowledge under control.

SIwE is a conference for energy companies and their IT departments, organised since 2002 by the Polish Power Transmission and Distribution Association (PTPiREE). The previous edition attracted more than 670 participants, over half of whom represented the energy sector — distribution system operators, generation companies and energy trading companies. This year's anniversary edition will take place at Hotel Gołębiewski in Wisła on 24–26 November 2026.

The programme covers systems integration and communications in the energy sector, cybersecurity for critical infrastructure, IT solutions for distribution system operators, and a session dedicated to artificial intelligence — from legal considerations to practical deployments.

Energy companies hold extensive knowledge, but scattered information, complex processes and data protection requirements make it difficult to use. SAIE addresses these challenges as a complete workspace that uses AI to bring together an organisation's knowledge and make it available to users, while retaining full control over the data and how it is used. Mariusz Maleszak will present the ecosystem's key capabilities — finding information in technical documentation with source references, automating tasks and supporting employees in everyday processes — along with examples of SAIE in settings where fast access to reliable knowledge and efficient decision-making matter.

Mariusz Maleszak is Head of Research and Development at allclouds.pl. He spent many years gaining experience as a Solution Architect, designing and implementing complex IT systems. He now leads research and development in artificial intelligence. He is the author and co-author of numerous studies and scientific publications on artificial intelligence systems and models in management and business.
