Personal data controller
The controller of your personal data is allclouds.pl sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Jutrzenki 139 in Warsaw (02-231)
Purpose and legal basis of processing
We will process the information you provide in order to respond to your inquiry on the following legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR
Sensitive data
As a rule, please do not provide us with any sensitive data, such as information about your health or other data specified in Article 9 of the GDPR. If you consider providing such data necessary, for example because of your particular situation, we will ask you to give separate consent for us to process such sensitive data
Change of data controller
Your data may also be disclosed to third parties, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, if the Controller decides to continue conducting its business in another company. You will then be informed of the change in the controller’s details
Recipients of personal data
The data subject’s personal data may be disclosed, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, in order to maintain the proper operation of the Controller’s company, in particular to the following types of recipients (unless the data subject gives separate consent in connection with another purpose of processing): providers of IT or programming services to the Controller, the administrator of the Controller’s servers and computers, website support services, as well as services, tools and scripts used on the website
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to:
- 1. request that the Controller provide access to your personal data, rectify it, erase it (subject to the legal obligation to retain certain data or the Controller’s legitimate interest), or restrict the processing of personal data,
- 2. receive a copy of the data processed by the Controller,
- 3. request that the Controller make your data available to another entity indicated by you, provided this is technically possible,
- 4. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,
- 5. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data that is not necessary for compliance with legal obligations or for the Controller’s legitimate interest, while withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the date on which consent was withdrawn
Data retention period
If data processing is not based on consent, your personal data will be retained for the period necessary due to the need to perform the contract and the Controller’s legal obligations concerning, among other things, tax and accounting matters. However, processing based on the consent you have given will end immediately after consent is withdrawn, and the data will be erased without being retained unless the circumstances described in the preceding point arise
Transfers outside the EEA
The Company uses public cloud providers – Microsoft and Asana – and therefore transfers personal data to US entities covered by the Data Privacy Framework, which is permitted under the European Commission Implementing Decision of 10 July 2023 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the adequate level of protection of personal data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
