AI in consulting — with client data isolation

SAIE for consulting firms is an AI environment in which experts’ knowledge stays in the firm and each client’s data is handled in a separate, isolated area. Faster deliverables, expert knowledge kept in the firm, client data kept separate

Why now

In consulting every page starts from scratch, knowledge leaves with the consultant, and data from several clients ends up on one laptop. Clients increasingly ask their adviser not only about strategy but about how they themselves should implement AI. From 28 October 2026, KRiBSI (Commission for the Development and Security of Artificial Intelligence) oversees the application of the AI Act, and from 2 December 2027 the obligations for high-risk systems will start to apply. Clients are looking for advisers who will guide them through an AI Act audit

Three people who need to say “yes”

Managing partner — more deliverables without growing the team

Practice lead — consistent quality regardless of the author

Compliance / IT — data isolation between projects

Business scenarios

Assistant for preparing analyses and reports

Analytics and reporting

TWIN:DESK

Problem: Preparing a report for a client starts with a blank page

How it works: Search mode for long contexts and complex research tasks; the model council compares the conclusions of several models and builds a synthesis

What you gain: The first version of the report is built from the client’s materials and several analytical perspectives — the consultant starts by editing, not with a blank page

Retaining expert knowledge

Adoption and skills

TWIN:DESK + CDF

Problem: Consultants’ knowledge leaves the firm with them

How it works: A digital twin with a transparent Learning Log and memory export when the team changes; the knowledge audit (CDF-F0.K) organises what used to live in people’s heads

What you gain: A departing expert’s way of working stays in the firm in a form a successor can take over and develop

Standardising the quality of work with AI

Quality and standardisation

TWIN:DESK + PROXY:AI

Problem: The quality of deliverables varies depending on who wrote the prompt

How it works: A Prompt Assistant based on the CRISPE standard, ready-made prompts available via a shortcut in the chat, and a central, versioned prompt register

What you gain: The quality of a deliverable no longer depends on who is at the keyboard — the best prompts become the firm’s standard

Automatic time reporting

Analytics and reporting

TWIN:DESK

Problem: Recording time spent on projects is tedious and late

How it works: Time-block planning and automatic timesheets based on system activity and the calendar

What you gain: Time records come from actual work, not from memory on Friday afternoon — client invoices are complete and on time

AI readiness assessment and implementation plan as a consulting product

Adoption and skills

CDF

Problem: Clients ask their adviser how they should approach AI implementation themselves

How it works: The Initial Assessment (CDF-Eval) with an AI Readiness Index, and the CDF Academy as a training offer; the CATP partner programme for consulting firms

What you gain: The adviser gains their own certified product: a readiness assessment and an implementation programme based on a proven methodology

Isolated AI environments per client and project

Security and sovereignty

TWIN:DESK + PROXY:AI

Problem: Data from different clients gets mixed in one working environment

How it works: Workspaces with data isolation and ABAC access decisions based on user, group and project

What you gain: The consultant sees only their project’s materials; the firm can show this in its confidentiality agreement with the client

How we start

A conversation about a CDF partnership or a Proof of Value on one client project with an isolated workspace

Questions decision-makers ask

Can we put client documents into AI tools?

Only into approved tools, with a contract and control over data location, and only to the extent permitted by the contract with the client. In SAIE, each client’s data sits in a separate area with its own permissions

AI use policy — template

Who is responsible for AI-assisted output?

The consulting firm, toward its client. AI prepares material with a source citation, and the expert is responsible for the conclusion

Will the data stay in Poland?

Yes, if you decide so: on-premises or in a cloud with data located in Poland
