Information about features, AI models, infrastructure, video materials and sample configurations does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, unless allclouds.pl sp. z o.o. expressly confirms otherwise in individual communication

The wizard is used to collect an organisation’s preliminary requirements regarding features, LLM models and infrastructure. A submitted configuration is a request for an individual proposal and requires confirmation in the sales or implementation process

Users should use the website in accordance with the law, good practice and the website’s intended purpose, and with respect for the rights of allclouds.pl sp. z o.o. and third parties

It is prohibited to disrupt the operation of the website, test its security without consent, download content automatically in a way that places a burden on the website, or submit unlawful content

Forms should be used only for genuine business inquiries concerning SAIE or allclouds.pl services

Using the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms

In the event of a breach of these Terms, the user bears liability in accordance with applicable law

The content, page layout, video materials, graphics, texts, product names, interface elements and the SAIE, TWIN:DESK, PROXY:AI and CDF marks are protected by law. Copying, distributing or using these materials beyond permitted use requires the consent of allclouds.pl sp. z o.o.

allclouds.pl sp. z o.o. makes every effort to keep the website up to date, secure and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

Submitting the contact form or a configuration from the wizard does not automatically conclude an agreement. Terms of cooperation, scope of services, prices, SLA levels, data region, security requirements and schedule are agreed individually
