The 2nd AI in Public Administration Forum, organized by the editors of “IT w Administracji”, is an implementation and training conference for local and central government bodies. Its programme focuses on what happens after a pilot: maintaining an AI systems register, assessing risk, setting an AI use policy, accepting a system from a supplier, using Polish language models and building assistants based on official documents. Speakers include representatives of COI, NASK, OPI, UZP and local governments. The Forum takes place at Mercure Wrocław Centrum, both in person and online.
allclouds.pl presentation — 5 November
Even without an official deployment, public offices already use AI. According to NASK, 46% of officials reported using generative AI at work, often through personal accounts; according to ZMP, only 27.5% of local governments have deployed it institutionally. The gap is shadow AI in public administration: tools the institution did not choose or oversee. Staff are not breaking the rules — until recently, they had no alternative.
Now they do. The AI Act, GDPR and the Polish Code of Administrative Procedure set out what is permitted and how to document it. Bielik and PLLuM can run on an organization's own infrastructure. We know how to build an assistant using public information bulletins, resolutions and procedures. The question that remains is what happens the day after deployment: who asks questions, what they can see, what enters the register and what can be shown during an audit. Mariusz Maleszak will address it live, using official documents in a ready-to-use SAIE environment: answers citing the document, version and passage; an AI policy enforced for every query; a usage register; and the CDF methodology, from the process objective through acceptance tests to system handover.
SAIE is running in production for a client in a regulated sector; deployment on the client's infrastructure took two months. allclouds.pl is the first organization in Poland to receive ISO/IEC 42001 certification from Bureau Veritas — a standard that a public office can include in its procurement requirements.
Visit the allclouds.pl stand during all three days of the Forum. We will demonstrate SAIE using your documents: a procedure, resolution or policy. Let us start with a specific task for your office, then agree on the rules and acceptance criteria. The institution should be the one organizing work with AI.
