AI training for three roles and the LIDER:AI Academy: an AI adoption programme for public offices
From 10 November we start three role-based courses: for officials, managers, and IT and DPOs. Up to 5 people per institution take part free of charge until the end of December. From 9 November, participants of our courses can register for the free LIDER:AI Academy, in which public offices receive 5 SAIE trial licences for the whole of 2027
We have been training public offices since September. After the free edition of the workshops we are organising our offer into an AI adoption programme: from the first course to AI use cases that work in an office's everyday practice.
Three courses for three roles
An AI rollout in a public office depends on three roles. The manager decides on the goal, the rules and the budget, the IT specialist and the data protection officer prepare the conditions, and officials work with the designated tool. For each of these roles we have prepared a separate course: 10 Manager, 11 IT and DPO, and 09 Official. Each lasts 3 hours, shows five AI use cases live in SAIE and ends with a document for the office: a 90-day AI implementation plan, security requirements with a draft DPIA or a Safe AI Work Card.
The courses run from 10 November to 18 December, with two full cycles a week. Up to 5 people from one institution take part in each course free of charge, provided they sign up for the newsletter. In February and March 2027 the courses return in a paid cycle. Dates and booking
The LIDER:AI Academy and 5 SAIE trial licences
Every participant in our courses receives a named, numbered certificate. That number opens the LIDER:AI Academy: five free workshops from 28 January to 25 March 2027, in which leaders from public offices build five use cases in SAIE: a search engine for orders, a reply to a resident's letter, the minutes of a council session, the treasurer's statements and assigning incoming correspondence. An office whose leader joins the Academy receives 5 SAIE trial licences for the whole of 2027, with no obligation to buy. In the 2027 edition we accept 30 public entities. LIDER:AI Academy
