We are looking for someone to guide people through change. This is not about code — it is about making AI part of everyday work in banks, public administration, energy and defence. Implementation does not end when the system launches, but when someone starts using it
You implement SAIE — TWIN:DESK, PROXY:AI, CDF Platform. You run specialist workshops, configure AI applications and knowledge bases, and build dedicated assistants
Who we are looking for
You need at least two years in change management, business analysis or software implementation, and fluency with language models — at power-user rather than programmer level
