AI training for public administration — free September–October edition
Eight AI training sessions for public offices. Up to 5 people from each institution can participate free of charge in September and October
- Courses: 8, available individually
- Delivery: Online, 3 mornings × 80 min
- Groups: 8–18 people
- September–October: Up to five people per institution free
The March 2026 NASK report showed that almost half of public officials already use generative AI at work, 87% want training and 70% identify a lack of internal rules as the main barrier to implementation. Our response is eight online workshops for public administration. Each lasts four hours in three 80-minute blocks and ends with a document the office can formally use
The “AI in public administration” programme is based on two documents setting the direction for public offices: NASK's “AI in public e-administration — the perspective of officials and institutions” report and the Ministry of Digital Affairs' “Guide to artificial intelligence for public administration”. Exercises reflect public offices' realities and focus on four concepts in the report: resident chat, content creation, document search and AI agents. The programme develops the three skills identified in the ministry's guide — understanding AI limitations, critically assessing results and formulating instructions — and addresses the AI literacy obligation in Article 4 of the AI Act
Eight courses, one learning path
The eight courses form a learning path, but each can be ordered separately. We have prepared paths for management, subject-matter staff, and IT and security teams
- Foundations: AI in a public office's daily work
- Knowledge: Documents and AI-assisted search
- Security: GDPR, AI Act and internal rules
- Pilot: From a problem to a controlled deployment
- Automation: AI agents and processes
- Contact with citizens:
- Change: Managing change in an institution
- Cooperation: Sharing experience between institutions
An outcome, not a list of ideas
What distinguishes the programme from typical “how to use ChatGPT” training is the outcome. Participants leave with a working document for their own institution rather than a list of ideas: a task map and verification checklist, a source catalogue, draft AI usage rules ready for formal adoption, a pilot charter with metrics or a scenario for a resident information service. We teach skills, not a single product — exercises can use tools the office already has, including Polish PLLuM and Bielik models
The trainers design and implement AI systems for the public sector, including the designers of TWIN:DESK and PROXY:AI and co-authors of the CDF methodology. allclouds.pl's training activity falls within its Integrated Management System certified to seven ISO standards, including ISO/IEC 42001 — the first such certificate issued by Bureau Veritas in Poland
Dates, prices and registration
Classes take place online in groups of 8–18, on three consecutive mornings from 10:00 to 11:20, so employees do not lose an entire working day. The first dates start on 16 September; the calendar covers September, October, November and December
September–October edition
In the September–October edition, the first five people from each institution can attend each course free — the only condition is that the person registering subscribes to the allclouds.pl newsletter. From November, a single course costs PLN 200 per person, with discounts for group size and the full learning path. Publicly funded training is exempt from VAT based on a funding declaration, whose template is available on our website
Ordering uses one form: select courses, dates and participant numbers. Confirmation arrives by email, and the meeting link three days before the course
