SAIE Pantera: 13 new features and 100% of the third-quarter plan
The new release of the Sovereign AI Ecosystem is available. We delivered the whole development plan for 2026/Q3: TWIN:DESK turns meetings into tasks, translates on local models and calculates instead of guessing, while PROXY:AI gives the board the full picture of AI costs and runs models in networks cut off from the internet
Pantera is the first SAIE release with its own name. The next ones will also be named after big cats, and each closes one quarter of the development plan. For the third quarter of 2026 we planned 13 items for TWIN:DESK and PROXY:AI. All of them work, and every one is shown in a video

Three new features to see first
- Agentic RAG and TWIN:INDEX. The agent judges what is missing from the material it has gathered, asks again in another round and answers with sources. TWIN:INDEX guides the search through the chapters of long documents
- Verified calculations. The language model interprets the task while a decimal calculator computes the amounts. Every result has a calculation card, and a report with a figure that does not match will not be published
- AI models without the internet. Model Manager matches models to your hardware and prepares a deployment plan with a package from Harbor, and Model Agent starts the model and tests it in a network isolated from the internet

Pantera in practice
In public administration, minutes of a council session are produced from a recording in minutes, with labelled speakers and findings turned straight into tasks. In finance, a consolidated portfolio report contains only amounts computed by the calculator, which an auditor can reproduce from the calculation card. In every sector the board sees one picture of AI costs, including tools used on employees' computers
