AI Summit Poland 2026: dozens of conversations, over 100 brochures and one message — businesses pay for completed tasks

On 8 October, allclouds.pl was a content partner of AI Summit Poland 2026 in Warsaw. Mariusz Maleszak, Head of R&D, demonstrated SAIE live on stage, while conversations about specific AI deployments continued at our stand throughout the day.

This year's AI Summit Poland was held under the theme “AI in the organisation: let's start with the basics”. That captures what we brought to the conference. Organisations do not need another vision of the future or a multi-year transformation programme. They need a tool that helps them complete everyday tasks better and faster, while retaining full control over their data, costs and compliance.

On stage: a direct look at SAIE

Mariusz Maleszak began with a situation familiar to many companies. Under deadline pressure, an employee pastes work documents into a private AI chat because the company has provided no better alternative. This is what institutional shadow AI looks like. The solution is not a ban, but a company tool that is more convenient than a private account.

Such a tool is already in use. The speaker presented the deployment at LW Bogdanka, part of the Enea Group: two months from design to launch, the entire system running on the client's infrastructure, and 100% of responses citing their sources. He also demonstrated how SAIE works in practice:

In the live demonstrations, the audience saw seven different documents, including scans and handwriting, turned into a single case register in which every value could be checked against its source. They also saw how the system resolves a conflict between two contradictory procedures and prepares a rationale for a human decision.

The presentation closed with a statement that sums up our philosophy: businesses do not pay for a supplier's dreams. They pay for completed tasks.

At the stand: specific use cases

There was strong interest in the allclouds.pl stand. We had dozens of conversations with clients, and participants picked up more than 100 product brochures. We spoke with companies in construction, law, healthcare, banking, education, retail, fintech and IT. Each conversation focused on specific processes, documents and tasks that SAIE can take on today.

Conversations with partners were another important part of the conference: how to build artificial intelligence in Poland and make it easier for organisations to use it in their daily work.
