Where do the human quotes come from?

From street polls, reports and accounts in the Polish press, and from recordings released by the police or described in decisions of UOKiK (Polish competition and consumer protection authority). We checked every quote at its source, and after the reveal the game shows the source with a link to it

Who writes the machine’s answers?

SAIE generates them on our infrastructure, for the same question and at a similar length. On Easy, the AI answers like an assistant; on Hard, it pretends to be human

Does the game collect my answers?

No. The game does not collect personal data or the content of your answers. Only anonymous data about the course of the game goes into the statistics: mode, level, topic or call, correct guesses, decisions, chosen question cards and score

Why is there a second decision in each call?

In a real call, what you do matters more than who is speaking. A scammer may be a human and a helpline a machine; the safe behaviour is the same in both cases

Why do some human quotes sound like AI?

Because people also speak smoothly and in general terms. This is deliberate: style alone is not enough to recognise a machine. That is why the game teaches a procedure, not just listening

How to spot AI and what to do

Don’t guess by ear. Check by procedure

Ask directly

“Am I talking to a human?” Since 2 August 2026 a company bot must say so no later than the first contact. A fraudster may lie

Hang up and call back

Wait at least 30 seconds and dial the number from your card or the company’s website yourself, not from your call history

Agree a family password

A dozen or so seconds of recording are enough to clone a voice. A password agreed with your family works better than your ear

Give nothing and install nothing

Bank staff do not ask over the phone for BLIK codes, passwords or for you to install an app, and they do not take control of your computer
